    1. Indoor unit part:
    1. The touch screen of the indoor unit is inaccurate or insensitive:
    Solution: Position the indoor unit on the screen. If the deviation is too large and cannot be positioned on the screen, the positioning can be performed through web page access, or the debugging console can be used to command positioning. If the touch has no function, check whether the protective film of the indoor unit screen is torn off, or disassemble the unit and reassemble the touch screen.
    2. The indoor unit has a black or white screen and cannot be started:
    Solution: First check whether the power supply is normal and the power plug is in good contact. It is generally a software failure that cannot be started. Copy the program again. If the flash program is lost and cannot be repaired on site, it needs to be sent back for repair.
    3. Sound problems, no sound or noise:
    Solution: There is no sound, mainly to check whether the speaker is damaged. The detection method is to measure the poles of the speaker with a multimeter resistance file or a diode file. According to the labeled parameters of the speaker, there will be a corresponding value display. No value indicates that the speaker is damaged. There are many reasons for noise problems, mainly including bad speakers, mismatch between speaker resistance and power amplifier, poor power supply environment, and machine audio failures.
    4. Image problem, no image or abnormal image:
    Solution: There is no image in the indoor unit. Check whether the door phone is normal, the parameter configuration of the indoor unit, etc. The image abnormality mainly manifests as the image card and the image is not clear. The image card mainly checks whether the network is packet loss and whether the machine MAC address conflicts.
    5. Call problems, unable to call or only one-way call:
    Solution: Unable to call. First check the network status to ensure that the network is normal, then check the configuration parameters, and finally determine whether the address book is received successfully. Only one-sided calls are generally caused by the incorrect address configuration of one party or the unsuccessful reception of the address book. To ensure the successful reception of the address book, all firewalls must be turned off when the address book is sent, and the machine parameters are consistent with the address book, such as the terminal number and the terminal IP.
    6. Alarm problems, no alarm or failure to arm:
    Solution: First clarify the probe type, select the corresponding wiring method according to different types, and check whether it is connected properly. If the probe is normally open (short circuit alarm), connect the resistor in parallel, otherwise, connect the resistor in series.
    Similarly, if the zone type is an instantaneous zone and the probe is abnormal, it cannot be armed. You need to enter the arming menu and click on each zone to confirm whether the zone is normal or not.
    Two door phone part:
    1. There is no response after power on, and the white screen cannot be started
    Solution: Check whether the power supply is normal and the fuse is intact. If it is a white screen and cannot be started, you can copy the card program again. If the card cannot be started after power-on and there is no boot screen, the flash program is lost and cannot be repaired on site.
    2. Unable to call and display "Insufficient resources on the local end":
    Solution: Insufficient resources indicate that the machine does not have a corresponding address book, just re-send the address book, but make sure that the address book is received successfully.
    3. Touch is not working or touch has no effect:
    Solution: First, locate it on the screen. If the touch has no effect, check whether the screen protector is torn off, or copy the card program again, disassemble and reinstall the touch screen.
    4. Unable to answer or abnormal dialing:
    Solution: Power on and restart or copy the card program to solve the problem.
    Three management platform software part:
    1. Cannot open the management console software, or prompt "Port monitoring failed" after opening:
    Solution: Re-copy and install the latest management console software, opening prompts that the port monitoring failure may be due to the port being occupied by other software, such as certain brands of access control software and management console on the same computer to open this phenomenon.
    2. Unable to add address book:
    Solution: Install the dongle and driver, or the authorization period of the dongle is wrong, re-copy and install the latest management console software.
    3. The network status of the management console is unavailable, but it is actually connected to PING:
    Solution: First check whether the network meets the requirements, such as whether multicast routing has been opened. Then check whether the various firewalls are closed, and check the software parameters such as the server IP address.
